This product jells and clings to vertical surfaces, providing long contact time for easier cleaning.   More effective than foaming products, this formulation quickly penetrates and removes stubborn baked-on carbon and soil.  Most oven cleaners are designed to work by liquefying  baked-on deposits so they can be rinsed or wiped away.  Unfortunately, this usually requires several  applications.  This formulation was designed to first jell and cling to the surface, then penetrate the deposit and actually break the chemical bond, releasing the baked-on deposits from the oven surface.  The result is fast and easy removal of stubborn baked-on food deposits.
