As we continue to implement several proactive initiatives to position our business and our customers for future success, we wanted to inform you of an important update to our Terms of Sale, specifically regarding our returns policy.
To continue delivering the level of service and operational efficiency you expect from us, we have made a few adjustments to our returns process. These changes will help streamline return handling and ensure timely resolution for all parties.
Effective 8/1, the following updates will apply:
All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of the original invoice date.
Returns due to customer error will incur a 5% restocking fee.
Damages, shortages, or defective items are not included in this process.
