High-performance, low-odor, zinc-free, water-based formula protects and enhances the appearance of most resilient-flooring surfaces including linoleum, vinyl tile, sheet vinyl and more, while reducing, if not completely eliminating, the need for future floor stripping. Four times more durable than traditional acrylic floor finishes, this product provides superior gloss retention with excellent black-mark, soil and hand-sanitizer resistance. Depending on the scenario, the product can be used as either a two-coat protector or as a four-plus-coat high-gloss finish. Estimated coverage is 2,000 square feet per gallon when applied with 3M™ Easy Shine Applicators.
