Ergonomic keyboard tray (40" wide x 13" deep) maintains 4.5" spacing between keyboard tray and desktop, which helps keep arms and wrists in an ergonomic position to prevent neck and back strain while sitting or standing. Tray attaches in seconds, and you're ready to go. Gas shocks hold up to 40 lb. Grommet hole allows you to route cables or add an optional monitor mount.
